The process

Everything about picture day is handled online: no paper flyers, no forms to track, nothing for the school to print or distribute. I provide a digital flyer you can easily share with families, outlining what to expect on photo day and how the ordering process works.

Each family receives a unique passcode and QR code that takes them directly to their child’s private gallery. Parents can even pre‑register ahead of time so they’re automatically notified the moment their gallery is ready.

I offer print packages, à la carte options, and digital downloads with no minimum order, making it easy for every family to get a portrait they love.

Digital files are available for instant download after purchase, and printed orders are delivered within four weeks of picture day.
